x9999 Terms & Conditions — The Rules That Govern Your Account and Play

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the entire document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

5. "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, deposit match credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by x9999 under the terms of a specific promotion.
6. "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
7. "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" refers to the identity and age verification process x9999 requires Players to complete before processing withdrawal requests or as required during any stage of account operation.
8. "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which x9999 does not accept Players or in which accessing x9999 is restricted by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with x9999, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the x9999 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory condition of x9999 account registration. You may not use the platform if you do not accept these Terms. x9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13 of this document. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

• You are not a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is unlawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of x9999, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You do not already hold another active x9999 account. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the x9999 platform for any reason.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

x9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of x9999 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your chosen payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

You must not use false names, fictitious identities, or information belonging to any other person during registration. x9999 reserves the right to void all bets, retain all winnings, and permanently close any account found to have been registered with false or misleading information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x9999 login credentials, including your username and password. x9999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor OTP authentication, which is available from within your account security settings. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify x9999 immediately by contacting [email protected]. x9999 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and, where required, proof of your registered address and your ownership of the payment method linked to your account.

x9999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and restrict account activity until KYC verification is completed to x9999's satisfaction. KYC documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

x9999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet in real time in most cases, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. x9999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits made to x9999 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified x9999 account. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and the return of deposited funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be requested to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. x9999 processes most withdrawal requests within 10 to 20 minutes of approval; however, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and the outcome of any required verification checks.

x9999 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if outstanding KYC documentation has not been provided, if the account is under review for suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or if the balance subject to withdrawal includes Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their applicable Wagering Requirements.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on x9999 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). x9999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to Player balances. The ৳ symbol in your account wallet represents real Bangladeshi Taka throughout.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

x9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Wagering Requirements must be met using real-money funds wagered on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets and wagers placed on x9999 are final once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of every bet selection, stake amount, and odds accepted before confirming any bet. x9999 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds that you made a selection in error.

7.2 Odds and Payouts

x9999 reserves the right to adjust odds at any time prior to the placement of a bet. Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds — including but not limited to technical glitches, data feed errors, or obvious pricing mistakes — x9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player accounts.

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Using false personal information, stolen payment credentials, or any form of identity deception during registration, KYC verification, or the deposit and withdrawal process.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x9999 platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any x9999 content without the express prior written consent of x9999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the x9999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.

x9999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the x9999 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to x9999 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits x9999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by x9999's own negligence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
